What are cookies and similar storage?
A cookie is a small record that a browser can send back to a server. localStorage and IndexedDB stay in your browser and are not sent with every page request. Where these technologies process personal data, Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 applies.

The localhost-only panel demonstration stores demonstration drafts and uploaded photos in IndexedDB named lona-yonetim-yerel. The visitor website does not use this record. It remains until site data is cleared in the browser.
Purpose and legal grounds
Remembering your colour choice across visits is based on your explicit consent under Article 5(1) and is off by default. Necessary records for remembering your choice and securing a requested administrator session are used for the legitimate interest in operating the service securely, provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed, under Article 5(2)(f). Rejecting optional storage does not prevent access to website content.
External services and transfers
This version contains no advertising, behavioural tracking, Google Analytics or Meta Pixel code. Fonts are served by this website; Google Maps is not embedded automatically. Opening WhatsApp, social media or Google Maps links takes you to those services, which apply their own data-processing rules. Colour and cookie choices stay in your browser; this code does not send them to external services.
The hosting infrastructure technically processes your IP address and request information to deliver a page. The browser choice described here is not used as the legal basis for hosting logs or international transfers. Contact us for information about hosting and other processing activities.
How can you change your choice?
Use “Cookie choices” in the footer to enable or disable functional storage. “Reject” deletes the saved colour; your rejection is remembered so you are not asked repeatedly. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You can try colours on the current page without permission, but they will not be remembered for future visits. Clearing site data in your browser removes local records. If your browser blocks storage, your choice may not be saved permanently.
Your rights and requests
Under Article 11 you may learn whether your personal data is processed; request information, its purpose and whether it is used accordingly; learn recipients; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, deletion or destruction where conditions apply and notification of recipients; object to an adverse result arising solely from automated analysis; and claim compensation for unlawful processing.
